It's easy to get started.

Here's all you need to enroll
1. A valid Michigan driver's license.

2. You'll need to have a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam. This will cost you about $40. We can refer you to a clinic.

3. Get a Temporary Instruction Permit (TIP) at your local Secretary of State license branch. The cost is about $50. You need to take a short test at the license branch to get your permit-you can pick up a CDL manual to study for the test at either the license branch or our office.

4. After you have the documents mentioned above, schedule an appointment with us to verify those documents and schedule you in the next available class. It's that simple!
